Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EvoMind Intelligence Inc. website, student portal, course catalog, learning materials, communications, and related services available through evomind.tech. By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using an EvoMind account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the EvoMind website or services. If you are enrolling on behalf of a business, organization, or another individual, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

EvoMind provides professional AI, coding, software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and technical leadership education through live, hybrid, and self-paced course formats. Course content, schedules, instructors, materials, delivery methods, and platform features may evolve over time as we improve our programs.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue specific services, courses, or features at any time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active students.

All course prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Enrollment is not considered complete until EvoMind has received and confirmed payment or has otherwise approved the enrollment in writing.

When you submit enrollment information, you agree that the details you provide are accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information so that EvoMind can deliver account notices, payment confirmations, course updates, and support communications.

Unless EvoMind offers another payment method in writing, payment is made by Interac e-Transfer using the payment instructions displayed during checkout or on an invoice. You must include the memo code issued to you at enrollment so we can correctly match your payment to your account.

EvoMind is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details, missing memo codes, bank processing delays, failed transfers, or transfers sent to the wrong recipient. Access to paid services may be delayed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

All course content, written materials, videos, downloads, lesson structures, designs, branding, and website content made available by EvoMind are owned by EvoMind Intelligence Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your enrollment gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal or internal professional learning use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, record, scrape, or share EvoMind materials without prior written permission.

Students are expected to participate respectfully and lawfully. You may not use EvoMind services to harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with class delivery, share another student's information, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or materials.

EvoMind may restrict or remove access to any course, portal, or communication channel if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, disrupted the learning environment, or created legal, reputational, or security risk.

EvoMind provides educational services for informational and professional development purposes. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcome, certification outcome, business result, income increase, or technical result from participating in our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EvoMind Intelligence Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

EvoMind may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, student portal, or course services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials, abuse of staff or students, suspected fraud, or other conduct that creates risk for EvoMind or its learners.

Sections relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be addressed in the courts located in British Columbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
