Refund Policy
Effective date: April 14, 2026
Refund Eligibility
EvoMind will consider refund requests made in writing and submitted to sales@evomind.tech. Refund eligibility depends on the course format, the timing of the request, whether access has been granted, and whether course materials or live sessions have already been used.
For live and hybrid courses, students may request a full refund if the written request is received within seven calendar days of purchase and at least seven calendar days before the scheduled course start date. For self-paced courses, students may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase if substantial course access has not yet occurred.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email sales@evomind.tech with the student's full name, course name, payment date, payment amount, and reason for the request. EvoMind may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm the payment and evaluate the request.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case in accordance with this policy, any written enrollment terms, and applicable consumer protection law.
Partial Refunds
Where EvoMind approves a refund after limited use of a service, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. Examples may include cases where portal access has been granted, digital materials have been provided, or a student withdraws shortly before the start of a live or hybrid course.
As a general operating guideline, EvoMind may issue up to a 50 percent refund for live or hybrid courses cancelled fewer than seven days before the start date if no live session has yet been attended. Once a student has attended a live session or materially used course materials, refunds may be reduced further or denied, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances approved by EvoMind.
Non-Refundable Items
Except where required by law or approved by EvoMind in writing, fees are generally non-refundable after meaningful course access has been provided, after attendance at a live session, after one-on-one coaching or consulting time has been delivered, or after downloadable materials, certificates, or customized administrative work have been completed for the student.
Duplicate payments, billing errors, or payments received for a course that EvoMind cannot provide remain eligible for correction or refund.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are generally issued by Interac e-Transfer to the original sender or by another reasonable method selected by EvoMind where Interac return is not practical. EvoMind may deduct non-recoverable transaction costs, administrative costs, or value already consumed where permitted by law and disclosed through this policy or written enrollment terms.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, EvoMind aims to process it within ten business days after approval. Actual receipt times may vary depending on the banking institution, payment method, and whether additional verification is required.
